Your Tasks

• Professional and timely planning, conceptual design and project planning of technical building systems (HVAC or electrical) for our well-known customers in the life sciences industry
• Development of innovative and sustainable technology concepts in collaboration with related departments
• Creation and evaluation of system concepts, routing concepts and service specifications
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts and technical and commercial processing with subcontractors
• (Partial) project management in the field of TGA (focus on scheduling, cost control, technical management of in-house and/or external staff)
• Active collaboration in the engineering disciplines of HVAC or electrical engineering

Your Profile

• Completed technical training or studies (specializing in electrical, energy, building and environmental engineering or supply engineering)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and execution of projects in the field of ventilation/clean room technology/heating/cooling/sanitation, ideally in the GMP environment and laboratory construction
• Project management experience (incl. leading) of teams of between 5 and 10 people
• Knowledge of current standards and current VOB and HOAI regulations
• Knowledge in the field of profitability analysis of various plant systems and green building
• Good PC application skills in CAD as well as calculation and tendering programs
• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel in the D/A/CH region
