Ihre Aufgaben
- Independent planning, implementation and coordination of project-specific qualification and validation activities in accordance with current GMP regulations
- Independent creation of higher-level and system-specific qualification & validation documents
- Creation and implementation of GxP risk analyses
- Preparation of test plans and reports (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and CSV)
- Qualification coordination (interface between specialist engineers, customers and suppliers)
- Taking on activities as a sub-project manager in the area of qualification & validation
- Implementation of qualifications (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and CSV)
- Advising our customers on technical GMP issues
- Support in the acquisition of new customers and orders
- Collaboration on project-specific offers and cost calculations
- Supporting the professional development of the Qualification & Validation department
- Participation in the training of employees at junior level
Ihr Profil
- Completed studies or training in a technical or scientific field (e.g. studies in pharmacy, chemistry, process engineering, food technology or comparable / training as an industrial foreman FR pharmacy, FR chemistry or comparable / preferably with several years of professional experience as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician or shift supervisor in the production or packaging of pharmaceuticals/medical products)
- Professional experience (>= 5 years) in the pharmaceutical/medical technology industry with very good knowledge of qualification/validation
- Familiar and confident handling of current GMP regulations
- Willingness to travel regularly in the D/A/CH region (also for longer periods, up to 5 days/week)
- Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and an independent and structured way of working
