For our Branch Office in Belgrade, Serbia, Chemgineering International d.o.o. which takes care for worldwide Design and Construction project, we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced:
Ihre Aufgaben
- Establishing EPC Detailed Time Schedule: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) detailed time schedule.
- Data Queries and Processing: Develop and execute queries to retrieve and manage data from various sources, supporting the estimation of operational timelines in EPC projects. Loading and processing obtained data in the scheduling software.
- Updating, Optimizing, and Maintaining Project Time Schedule: Continuously update, optimize, and manage the project schedule to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Setting Up Progress Measurement System: Setting up and implementing of a progress measurement system for calculating the progress and performance of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction activities, ensuring it reflects the latest information.
- Establishing Reports: Creating and managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction performance reports.
- Updating Project Reports: Regularly update and optimize project reports to reflect the latest information across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
- Monitoring Project Performance: Track and monitor project performance and progress to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Interaction: Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain their time schedules and status reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineering team to understand project status and maintain progress within acceptable limits.
Ihr Profil
- Higher education degree in a technical field (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Technology).
- Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler or similar role, at least 5 years of experience in creating project schedules.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and project management tools.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in German
Highly desirable:
- Experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its integration with scheduling software.
- Primarily office-based with occasional visits to construction sites.
Languages:
- English language is a must.
- German language is mandatory
- Russian / French language knowledge is surplus.
